What Do Patients Think of SCS?

All Drs ..and Staff are super compassionate..friendly..helpful..as fast and efficient as they can. Dr. Hites is my favorite hes truly a great Dr.

I've been going to them for services for over 3 year's now and the Staff are always very polite and professional. Also my Doc is very helpful , he takes the extra time to listen to me and explain anything I question about. My Doc is the best.

The doctors and nurses are very nice and personable. Wait times are not long, not even during COVID. I had to look for a long time for a physician willing to treat my condition before I found PASS and I have never had any problems since. I fully recommend them for any pain condition you might have. They do not judge patients who are suffering from chronic pain. You'll get great care here. 

I can't say enough good things about Dr Rao , when no one else could tell me what was causing my back pain he helped me find out what the issue was . He is patient and extremely knowledgeable and very good at what he does ! I am not surprised that all his staff are kind , caring and patient in their quest to help me have a better quality of life. I must add this office is very responsible in the care they provide to every patient who comes thru their door! 

I am so grateful to have Heather Darmetko as my physician. She is absolutely fantastic. She listens to all your problems and does whatever she can to make your quality of life better. The staff here is very caring and a pleasure to work with.

The staff was very nice. Dr Rao was to the point and made my situation feel like I was the only person he was concentrating on during my visit. Spine and Pain so far has made me feel like a person not just a number like other pain management practices.

Excellent Dr & excellent staff! The Dr actually listened when I spoke & treated me accordingly. She actually cared about me & my medical conditions. It's hard to find great Dr's like that as well as making sure I was pleased with her suggested treatment!!

8 months ago had four level back fusion. Within three weeks the hardware had failed broke and came apart. The pain was unbearable and I was recommended to Pain & Spine Specialists of Maryland. Never been to a pain clinic before.. Even after three surgeries. So I was a little nervous. Anyway would like to say that I am so glad I did. My primary doctor Bundu has always been very nice and spends as much time as she can helping me get through this tough time. also would like to thank Dr Ralph and a special thanks to Dr Greesh who preformed my steroid injections. He saw the xray the broken hardware and was very concerned in addition changed my pain medication that made my life more tolerable Again thank you all.

The staff in the Harrisonburg office is wonderful! From reception, to office manager, to nursing staff, to Heather and Dr. John - All are so patient, kind and willing to help, which has not always been my experience in pain management. Kudos to this office for their exceptional care!

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences since beginning treatment at PASS. Everyone - receptionists, nurses, and my nurse practitioner Isaac have been terrific, good listeners and really pay attention to my overall health. Isaac had me talk to Dr. Rao about a procedure I was going to have, and Dr. Rao explained it very clearly, answered my questions and allayed my fears.

I've been going to the office for at least a year now. Never have I had a poor visit. Staff , are friendly, caring and very compassionate. Doctors, all the doctors/ NP , are Amazing. They actually care about each patients health. They do not rush you in and out. Which I have experienced at just doctors offices, hospitals, etc. I've actually learned so much from them, I would not hesitate one bit to refer them to anyone. 5 Stars. No doubt in my mind . 🙂

I have now been with Dr. Rao for 13 years. He is the most caring Doctor I have ever been to! Dr. Rao makes you feel very comfortable at all times. I would not want to go to any other Doctor. Now I go to the Hagerstown location, everyone is very nice and kind! They make u feel very comfortable.

I am a patient of Dr Rao, and he and his staff are really caring and wonderful people. I came in almost unable to walk a step, and after 2 procedures, I am 80 percent better in my lower back and can actually walk.l appreciate everything they did for me.

Everyone that I have had any contact with from the receptionists to the assistants to the doctors have been pleasant to talk to. They are helpful, knowledgeable and caring. It's hard to find a doctor where the entire staff is such a pleasure to interact with. I would recommend them to anyone that has chronic pain.

This is a place with wonderful doctors and nurse practitioners .They have helped me out greatly with my back .I was paralyzed once and these doctors give me the ability to walk!

1st time in long time that a Dr actually listened to me in regards to my chronic back pain and is doing everything they can to help me. Thank you
